At Kayra Rituals, sessions are offered as a calm, restorative space — a place to slow down and reconnect without expectation. Hand placement is light touch or held just above the body, always guided by your comfort.
Each session is gently guided to support your body's natural ability to restore balance.

Kayra Rituals is rooted in the traditional teachings of Usui Reiki Ryōhō and Usui Shiki Ryōhō, honouring the original system founded by Mikao Usui in 1922, in Japan and passed from teacher to student through lineage and attunement.
This practice respects the integrity of Reiki as a gentle yet powerful method of energy healing and spiritual development.
I'm certified and attuned to Reiki Level 2 (Okuden) within the Usui tradition. Through dedicated study and attunement, I offer Reiki in alignment with its principles — with care, intention and grounded respect for its origins.
